The levels of thecontrol bronchial asthmaand indicatorsof cells immunity

Zakharova J.V.

Abstract

Changes in in the subpopulation composition of lymphocytes in the subjects with bronchial asthma were studied. Fifty five subjects with a different asthma control level per GINA 2006 took part in the study. The study results in statistically significant reduction T- lymphocytes, increase CD 4+ and CD 20+ cells. The indefinite level CD 25+ lymphocyte could require combined maintenance therapy. Thus, concentration CD 3+ cells from 60,5 to 66, CD 4+ cells from 39 to 46, CD 20+ cells from 11 to 16 in asthma patients could be used as an index of inflammatory response and as an important criterion to choose the individual treatment.

The endothelium-dependent vasodilatation dysfunction during carrying out the test with fatty loading as the factor of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with a metabolic syndrome, the correction possibility with rosuvastatin

Krovyakova T.V.

Abstract

Influence of fatty meal during postprandial period on lipid spectrum and endothelium dysfunction on atherosclerosis of coronary vessels in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) and metabolic syndrome (MS) and correction of these factors with rosuvastatin was studied. It was shown that intake of food fats in IHD with MS and IHD with MS-free patients stimulated development of postprandial hyperlipemia of different severity and duration. In group 1 and 2 there was a definite and up to 6 hours in duration postprandial hypertriglyceridemia associated with growing of LDL cholesterol and lowering of HDL cholesterol. Index of endothelium function initially was depressed in all groups especially in gr. 1 and 2. Test with fatty loading led to vasospastic reaction, and decrease of endothelium function index in 2nd group was more prominent than in 1st group. So, the test of endothelium - dependent vasodilatation allows to allocate patients with more expressed injury of coronary vessels. Treatment with rosuvastatin (10 mg/day for 3 months) increased tolerance of the lipid-transport system to exogenous saturated fats and also increased index of endothelium function in postprandial period, defined by photoplethysmography.

Abstract

In research are included 68 patients with osteoarthritis and metabolic syndrome. Control group have made 33 patients receiving pathogenetic treatment of the osteoarthritis. In the basic group have been included 35 patients receiving against pathogenetic treatment of osteoarthritits atorvaststin (liptonorm), in a dosage of 10 mg/days In both groups traced biochemical, anthopometrical indicators, values of a BP, expressiveness of a painful syndrome on a scale VAS in rest and at movement, and also indexes Lequesne and WOMAC. Among the patients receiving atorvaststin (liptonorm), authentic weight reduction, circles of a waist and the hips, favorable influence on lipid spectrum of blood, stabilisation of values of a BP has been noted. In the basic group of patients expressiveness of a painful syndrome has appeared authentically more low both in rest, and at movement, thus Lequesne and WOMAC also had authentically lower values, in relation to control group of patients.

We present results of immunomodulatory treatment of 70 patients 48-74 years old with type II diabetes and purulent-necrotic lesions of the lower extremities. 13 patients (18,5%) received Imunophan, 12 patients (17,1%) received Thymogen, and 29 patients (41,4%) received Antilympholin-ATG. 16 patients (23%) did not receive any immunomodulator. According to the results, Imunophan and Antilympholin are preferable for this patient population. ATG-induced immunomodulatory effect was seen on the 4th day of therapy, i.e. 2 times quicker than in patients receiving Thymogen or Imunophan. Immunomodulators' positive effect on T-cell immunity and functional activity of neutrophils and monocytes/macrophages was associated with improvement of treatment results, length of treatment and timing of recovery. Authors consider it appropriate to use immunomodulators in this patient population with preference given to anti-thymocyte immunoglobulin (ATG).

Morphological structure blood serum of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Kaldybaeva R.S.

Abstract

A special method worked out by the authors and called the method of wedge-shaped dehydration became the necessary methodic basis for the research into morphological structure of biological fluids. To study the specific features of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis and its treatment efficiency in patients over 60 years, the authors analyzed case histories of 80 patients who were divided into 2 group: 1) 40 patients aged 60 years or more and 2) 40 patients aged 18 to 50 years.

The character of the haemodynamic answer at impulse hypergravitational physical activity in young men with normal heart rate and tachycardia

Korolev V.V.

Abstract

Investigated character change of haemodynamics parametres at 20 young men aged 20,3±0,99 years with the normal and speeded up heart rate after physical activity with lowly - and highly amplitude impulse hypergravitation in comparison with usual static physical activity. It is established, that after usual static squat there is an activization of haemodynamics at participants with normal heart rate, mainly for vessels of average and small calibre. Influence lowly amplitude impulse hypergravitation causes the smaller haemodynamic answer, than traditional squat. In particular, increase of a tone of arteries at young men with a normal rhythm of heart occurs on 3 % less, and degree of vasodilation at participants with tachycardia on 4,7 % more low, than after traditional physical activity notwithstanding that activation of proprioceptive systems at the given influence above and training effect is reached faster. The perturbation effect of highly amplitude impulse hypergravitational physical activity is less expressed in comparison with usual physical activity and more expressed in comparison with lowly amplitude hypergravitation at participants with normal heart rate. Activization of haemodynamics at young men with a tachycardia occurs mainly for the account of vessels of large calibre.

The antioxidant therapy of toxicity induced by transplantable carcinoma and irradiation

Skopin P.I.

Abstract

The objective of the study was the investigation of the status of oxidative damage in rats with transplantable cholangiocellular RS-1 carcinoma. We investigated the ability of derivative LBK-149 oxinicotinic acid to control oxidative damage induced by tumor and irradiation. LBK-149 at a dose of 100 mg/kg was injected i.p. or i.m. before or after irradiation. Biochemical methods were used for this investigation. The greatest therapeutic efficiency has noted been at a combination LBK-149 after irradiation, in comparison with monoirradiation and preventive injection of a LBK-149. It was shown that injection LBK-149 (100 mg/kg) in 10 day after irradiation has allowed to increase a doze of irradiation up to 5 Gy without increase of level of oxidative damage.

Features of morphological structure of blood serum in the advanced patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction

Shramko O.Y., Gromov V.V.

Abstract

A special method of research of dehydrated blood serum samples for determination of morphological structure in people suffering from myocardial infarction was used. Morphological picture of blood serum was determined by the method of wedge-shaped dehydration. In patients with myocardial infarction with different types of blood circulation serious morphological changes were discovered. They looked like systematic and subsystematic anomalies. Main types of systematic changes in blood facia manifest themselves themselves in losing symmetrical location of its basic elements ( concretions, fragments, cracks ets.), changing their shapes or in their shapes or in their total absence.
