The understanding of drunkenness phenomenon is revealed on basis of works by V.G. Belinskiy, M.A. Bakunin, N.Y. Danilevskiy, N.A. Dobrolubov, N.G. Chernyshevskiy, I.M. Sechenov. The role of the First sober movements in overcoming of the alcohol fax farming system and struggling for sobriety is in-terpreted through the of analysis of social-philosophical opinions of Russian thinkers of XIX century.

The subject matter of engineering as a complicated sociocultural phenomenon, as a method of person orientation in society and culture is revealed. The article develops the statement that the content of the sign - conditional stimulus - includes the ''idealized'' activity-inducing properties of the unconditional stimulus inducing activity. In a conditional defense reflex this activity is aimed at the riddance of damaging factors. The subject under consideration is N.O. Lossky's philosophy doctrine in terms of all-unity philosophy. The all-unity philosophy originates from various sources. Lossky relies upon neo-Leibnizism. Lossky's all-unity ideas are studied in the context of the concepts that determined the peculiarity of the Russian religious tradition of XIX-XX. The concept of all-unity pervades the total ontology, epistemology, philosophical anthropology, ethics, axiology and aesthetics of N.O. Lossky. His all-unity concept has an integral, synthesizing nature. It belongs to the vitalism philosophy assuming a scale of the universe in the doctrine of the Russian philosophers. Nowadays the all-unity metaphysics is often perceived as a variant of the Christian philosophy. This article claims that the philosophy doctrine by N.O. Lossky is far from the Christian view of the world. Besides Lossky appears as a moralist philosopher in his all-unity doctrine

The EU took a decision to apply corporate governance codes for the purpose of corporate practice improvement. The article describes the appearance in the EU (UK, Germany and France) of the documents dedicated to various corporate governance aspects, which then formed the basis of the codes. The detailed regulation of a number of issues in the Code of Corporate Conduct of the Federal Commission for Securities Market is outlined, the reasons wherefore are explained. The codes enforcement mechanism in the given countries is described. It is highlighted that the codes serve as a true operating guidance. It is concluded that along with the issues directly affecting the minority shareholders rights and interests the codes include the general issues pertaining to the companys activity which are no less important for the minoritaries and other shareholders.

The article deals with the question of usage of tamga as a protonotarial element in the civil law property relations in the Bashkin area during XVII-XVIII centuries. Bashkir people had their own badges of merit that served as symbols of property ownership, use and disposition as well as authorization sign. The author examines tamga as a seal that was utilized to confirm the legal fact by the parties and had an evidentiary effect.

The problem under consideration is using by the residential property management companies of gaps existing in the legislative acts on usage of energy metering devices, with the purpose of acquisition of excessive profit, and infringement by these companies of residential property owners' rights, as well as struggling against such violations.

Some suggestions are given in respect of development and improvement of the activity of the said organizations intended for adaptation of migrants in the culturally distinctive environment.
