The article examines various aspects of the Eurocentric nature of international legal research. The author concludes that the Eurocentric framework of international law inevitably leads to increased regional and global tensions, as neo-colonial discourse is the main projection of Eurocentrism. According to the author, the criteria of objectivity are incompatible with the methodology of extreme Eurocentrism. The optimal variant of a counter-revocentric strategy is only possible within the framework of the pluralism of constitutive international legal processes.

В статье рассматриваются различные аспекты евроцентричного характера международно-правовых исследований. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что актуализация евроцентризма в рамках политики международного права ведет к усилению региональной и глобальной напряженности, так как основной проекцией евроцентризма становятся различные формы неоколониалистского дискурса. По убеждению автора, критерии объективности не совместимы с методологией крайнего евроцентризма, а оптимальный вариант контревроцентричной стратегии возможен в рамках теории множественности конститутивных международно-правовых процессов.
