AFS is an acquired thrombophilic disease in which autoantibodies are produced not to the phospholipids of cell membranes per se, but to proteins interacting with phospholipids. This syndrome can affect several organ systems, so the problem of AFS is multidisciplinary. Clinical manifestations of AFS are quite nonspecific (thrombosis of different localization), therefore the diagnosis can be verified only by the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies. The presented clinical example illustrates the difficulties of diagnosing a disease that has occurred with the syndrome of renal failure and complicated by infective endocarditis.</p>
Представленный клинический пример иллюстрирует трудности диагностики заболевания, протекавшего с синдромом почечной недостаточности и осложнившегося присоединением инфекционного эндокардита.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>antiphospholipid syndrome</kwd><kwd>AFS-associated nephropathy</kwd><kwd>thrombotic microangiopathy of the kidneys</kwd><kwd>infective endocarditis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>антифосфолипидный синдром</kwd><kwd>АФС-ассоциированная нефропатия</kwd><kwd>тромботическая микроангиопатия почек</kwd><kwd>инфекционный эндокардит</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Ревматология: национальное руководство.
