MiRNAs regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level by binding to the 3'-untranslated regions of the target miRNA. MiRNAs have been identified as key regulators of complex biological processes associated with multiple cardiovascular pathologies, including left ventricular (LV) hypertrophy, coronary artery disease (CAD), heart failure (HF), hypertension, and arrhythmias. MiRNAs in the bloodstream have been investigated as novel biological markers, especially in the context of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and HF. In our review, we presented data on the role of miRNA in HF.</p>
Цель предлагаемого обзора - представить подробные данные о роли miRNA как биомаркера СН.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>gene</kwd><kwd>ribonucleic acid</kwd><kwd>biological marker</kwd><kwd>miRNA</kwd><kwd>polymerase chain reaction</kwd><kwd>heart failure</kwd><kwd>myocardial infarction</kwd><kwd>left ventricular ejection fraction</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ген</kwd><kwd>рибонуклеиновая кислота</kwd><kwd>биологический маркер</kwd><kwd>микроРНК</kwd><kwd>полимеразная цепная реакция</kwd><kwd>сердечная недостаточность</kwd><kwd>инфаркт миокарда</kwd><kwd>фракция выброса левого желудочка</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Xue R., Tan W., Wu Y. et al.
