Practical recommendations for healthcare workers to improve patient compliance are introduced. Priority areas for the development of medical science in the field of improving the quality of medical technologies by increasing patient compliance are outlined.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассмотрен понятийный аппарат, проведена оценка факторов, определяющих уровень комплаентности пациентов, а также представлены меры по повышению приверженности лечению. Приведены практические рекомендации для медицинских работников по повышению комплаенса больных.
