It can be the result of traumatic impact, inadequate daily exertion, or a consequence of chronic diseases. Current article discusses the main causes of shoulder pain, methods of its diagnosis and modern approaches to differentiated treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Боль в плече является частой жалобой, с которой пациенты обращаются на прием к неврологу. Она может быть результатом как травматического воздействия, неадекватных повседневных нагрузок, так и следствием хронических заболеваний.
