Differential diagnostic search in a female patient admitted to an infectious diseases hospital with a diagnosis of fever of unknown etiology is described in details.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлен клинический случай болезни Стилла, развившейся у взрослых, которая была установлена на основании модифицированных критериев Yamaguchi.
