Current article presents a review of recent literature, which presents compelling arguments in favor of the mutually beneficial effects of pregnancy and sarcoidosis, based on data on immune status and the balance of female sex hormones. Epidemiological data and clinical cases from various countries are analyzed. An analysis of relevant scientific sources allows us to conclude that the risk to the fetus in a pregnant female patient with sarcoidosis exists only in cases of severe organ failure and the use of teratogenic drugs.</p>
Анализ релевантных научных источников позволяет заключить, что опасность для плода при наличии у беременной саркоидоза существует только в случае тяжелой органной недостаточности и применения тератогенных препаратов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>sarcoidosis</kwd><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>pregnancy planning</kwd><kwd>risks</kwd><kwd>sarcoidosis treatment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>саркоидоз</kwd><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>планирование беременности</kwd><kwd>риски</kwd><kwd>лечение саркоидоза</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Визель А.А., Степанов А.Ю., Гурылева М.Э., Насретинова Г.Р.
