Antibacterial therapy as an interdisciplinary problem in patients with rhinosinusitis

Аннотация

The article discusses the epidemiology and clinical features of rhinosinusitis, briefly presents their classification, clinical and laboratory criteria for the transformation of viral rhinosinusitis into bacterial, shows the features of the appointment and possible complications of systemic antibacterial therapy, along with the advantage of topical antibacterial therapy. The conclusion of the article presents a clinical case demonstrating a patient with rhinosinusitis.
