Аннотация
К наиболее тяжелым системным проявлениям ревматоидного артрита (РА) относятся интерстициальные заболевания легких, которые могут становиться манифестным признаком болезни. При развитии поражения легких у пациентов с РА в круг дифференциальной диагностики необходимо включать токсическое воздействие метотрексата, применяемого для лечения РА, а также инфекционные заболевания, в частности туберкулез. Представленный случай демонстрирует сложности дифференциальной диагностики поражения легких при РА.
