Особенности развития и течения фибромиалгии у мужчин

Аннотация
Фибромиалгия (ФМ) – хроническое заболевание, сопровождающееся болевым синдромом, усталостью и когнитивными нарушениями. У мужчин ее течение отличается, что связано с гендерными стереотипами и особенностями восприятия боли. Цель обзора – описание особенностей развития ФМ у мужчин, определение факторов, определяющих тяжесть течения болезни, и изучение специфики лечения ФМ у этой категории пациентов. Авторами проведен поиск научных статьей в базах PubMed и Scopus по ключевым словам fibromyalgia, gender, men, treatment. Глубина поиска охватывала временной промежуток с 1996 по 2024 г. Всего из указанных источников было извлечено 47 публикаций. Выявлены значительные различия между полами в восприятии боли и аффективных нарушениях при ФМ. Выделены ключевые аспекты диагностики и лечения, адаптированные к мужчинам, страдающим этим заболеванием. Клиницистам важно учитывать гендерные аспекты в процессе диагностики и терапии ФМ, при этом также необходима разработка национальных регистров для углубленного анализа факторов риска и клинических проявлений заболевания.
