The results of comparative analysis of the state of production of the main areas of the forestry sector of the economy are presented and their assessment is given. The substantiation of trends in financial performance is given. The reasons for the decrease in investment attractiveness and competitiveness of certain types of products manufactured by forestry enterprises are revealed. Proposals for the formation of personnel policy and training of professional specialists in accordance with industry specifics are developed.

Представлены результаты сравнительного анализа состояния производства основных направлений лесохозяйственного сектора экономики и дана их оценка. Приведено обоснование тенденций изменения финансовой результативности. Выявлены причины снижения инвестиционной привлекательности и конкурентоспособности отдельных видов продукции, производимых предприятиями лесного комплекса. Разработаны предложения по формированию кадровой политики и подготовке профессиональных специалистов в соответствии с отраслевой спецификой.
