Bazhenov E.E., Ilyushin V.V., Krudyshev V.V., Khabibullina N.V.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the existing control procedure and technology of landscape fire control, the technical support of the primary link of prevention and elimination of landscape fires is proposed. It is established that the forestry reform carried out in our country at the beginning of the century has led to the lack of an effective landscape firefighting. The necessity of changing the structure of the primary link of landscape firefighting and equipping it with special multifunctional equipment has been substantiated. It is shown that one of the main links in this work is the creation of a universal technical base that allows to deliver firefighting equipment to the place of emergency. The paper proposes a conceptual solution of the universal carrier vehicle and provides a generalised approach to the calculation of the system carriers of the body of a separate section of the carrier vehicle. It is shown that as a carrier vehicle it is advisable to use an articulated scheme with one power module and a set of trailed active modules carrying specialised technological firefighting equipment.

Operation simulation modeling of rotor brush cutter with hinged blades

Bukhtoyarov L.D.

Abstract

The necessity of forest thinning has been determined, and modern methods and equipment for their implementation have been identified. In order to increase the forest crops productivity, it is recommended to thin them. It has been established that the most productive is a mechanized method, in which the technological equipment such as a brush cutter, is located on the basis of wheeled or tracked machines. It has been determined that when developing new equipment for cutting shrubs, it is necessary to justify its parameters. The methods of developing new forest machines have been analyzed and the need for using automated design tools and compiling simulation models in modern software packages that are closely related to design programs has been identified. A simulation model of the brush cutter rotor operation has been created in the Universal Mechanism (UM) software package. The model is recommended for use when justifying the parameters of rotors with articulated working bodies. The links of the brush cutter working body in the simulation model are presented in a simplified form, the blade consists of a parallelepiped and two spheres at the edges, the rotor of the electric motor, the flange and the rotor of the brush cutter working body are in the form of a cylinder. The link models are parametric, which allows the simulation model to be adjusted to different geometric dimensions without losing the connections in the hinges. The simulation model uses 3D-contact interaction UM for the rotor and the chain. The acceleration, idle and braking phases of the rotor with an articulated, chain working element are studied. A laboratory experiment with a brush cutter rotor was conducted, which confirmed the chain motion trajectories obtained by means of simulation modeling. The blade speed at idle was calculated analytically, which confirmed the results obtained on the simulation model. The motion trajectories of the links, their speeds and torque costs on the drive shaft of the electric motor were obtained.

Zorin M.V., Khitrov E.G., Kunitskaya O.A., Eliseev P.S., Yudilevich A.M., Klubnichkin V.E.

Abstract

A mathematical model of the interaction of a wheeled drive vehicle with a two-layer support surface consisting of a synthetic road matting and an underlying forest soil is considered. A model of a deformable plate placed on a pliable (Winkler) base is proposed. A finite-difference scheme is proposed, assuming an arbitrary load distribution over the grid nodes, to solve the differential equation of plate deflection (and base precipitation), as well as several options for fixing boundary nodes. A Python program has been developed to implement the proposed model. A computational experiment was conducted using this program. The deviation of the calculated data from the particular case of the exact solution did not exceed 5%. The processing of the calculated data made it possible to obtain an equation convenient for estimating the depth of the track formed by a vehicle.

Increasing energy efficiency method for cut-to-length haul-load-dump machines

Klubnichkin Y.Y.

Abstract

The results of theoretical substantiation of the method of increasing energy efficiency and environmental safety of haul-load-dump machines used in cut-to-length harvesting are presented. It is established that, based on the principles of equality of load flow of haul-load-dump machines, productivity of feller-buncher and bucking machines, the value of engine power of haul-load-dump machines is obtained, which will allow to determine the shape of the created machine depending on the resistance to movement and the path that passes the feller-delimber-buncher machine depending on the density of the stand. It is shown that the principle of this model is that the productivity of felling, hauling and dumping works is equal to the productivity of loading and transporting works, i.e. felling, hauling and dumping machines and feller-buncher and bucking machines are not idle. The proposed method of calculation will allow to determine the type of mover and the design of the running system of haul-load-dump machines at the stage of design development. It is found that the proposed model does not address economic issues as other researchers in the field. Integral models at the formula level are used.

Regression analysis of IR wood drying process in installation using membranous electric heaters

Levinskiy V.N., Urazov S.I., Afonkina V.A.

Abstract

The analysis of the problems of creating automatic control systems for drying plants based on low-temperature infrared generators, which are gaining popularity, is presented. The methods and means of obtaining a mathematical model of infrared drying of wood using film electric heaters developed by scientists of the Institute of Agroengineering of the South Ural State Agrarian University of Chelyabinsk are described. The description of an experimental drying plant and an automatic control system for the drying process with the function of archiving all indicators of technological parameters necessary to obtain dynamic temperature and humidity curves is given. The article uses the method of correlation and regression analysis to establish a relationship between the parameters of the technological process of drying pine lumber. Natural experiments on low-temperature drying of pine boards stacked have been carried out, according to the results of which the correspondence of the obtained temperature and humidity-time dependences with the kinetic curves of the known drying theory has been determined. A detailed regression analysis was performed based on the obtained data set of the main drying parameters (time, temperature and humidity in the chamber, wood temperature). The effective splitting of the drying kinetics curve into 3 sub-ranges is proved, characterized by their own thermal dynamics parameters, the mathematical models of which became the basis for the algorithms of an intelligent automatic control system. Practical recommendations have been developed on the organization of infrared drying of lumber, the creation and adjustment of automatic control systems. Based on the dynamic characteristics of the dryer as a result of new knowledge, it is possible to determine the type and settings of the regulators through the transmission functions of the ACS. The hypothesis is confirmed that the end of mass transfer processes with the transition of the installation to a quasi-stationary thermal regime occurs before the end of the actual drying period.

Lysych M.N., Malyukov S.V., Shavkov M.V., Gnusov M.A.

Abstract

The necessity of developing and creating planting machines for seedlings with a root-balled tree system is substantiated. Existing methods for modeling the kinematics and dynamics of planting machines using CAD and CAE systems, as well as methods for modeling the processes of interaction between the working bodies of planting machines and the soil environment are analyzed. The general concept of the developed planting machine for seedlings with a root-balled tree system is described. A simulation model of the planter mechanism has been created in the 3D CAD SolidWorks software package and CAE SolidWorks Motion. The working process of the planter mechanism was studied on a virtual stand implemented in the same software. As a result of the simulation, a group of parameters necessary for assessing the performance of the planter mechanism was obtained. These are the moments of forces of the virtual motors of the planter gear drive and the feeding device, the forces arising on the virtual springs of the retainer cone and the feeding drum cell, as well as the values of the contact force of the cam with the roller and the size of the opening of the retainer cones. The process of interaction of retaining cones with the soil environment was simulated using the discrete element method. For experimental verification of the obtained parameters, a full-size mock-up sample was created using 3D-printing. It made possible to confirm the power characteristics obtained as a result of modeling for such a key parameter as the torque required to drive the planter gear and the feeding device. Also, the correctness of the kinematic parameters of the mechanism chosen during the design process was clearly confirmed.

Service maintenance management improvement of agricultural and forestry equipment

Sivakov V.V., Zaikin A.N., Gryadunov S.S., Nikitin V.V.

Abstract

The development of machine maintenance service management systems is analysed. Modern systems allowing to monitor the condition of machine units and assemblies, as well as to forecast changes in their condition are presented: reliability-oriented maintenance service system management; risk prevention; repair according to actual condition. The evolution of the approach to diagnostics of machines from episodic control to permanent monitoring of their parameters, as well as obtaining operational information on production data of specific machines is considered. It is established that the leading western manufacturers of logging machines use technical solutions for monitoring the technical condition of machines and their production indicators. It has been revealed that in the conditions of logging enterprises machinery of different manufacturers can be used, which does not allow to effectively use the information on machine operation received from the manufacturer's server. In order to improve the efficiency of machine condition monitoring systems it is proposed to apply a unified enterprise management system based on ERP standards. In order to achieve independence from foreign software it is advisable to use domestic 1C system, which allows to expand its capabilities by including the block of industrial safety management.
