It was found that REE increased in 70.59% of patients, and decreased in 29.41%. It is assumed that the decrease in REE is associated with preserved metabolic activity in the intact parts of the cerebral cortex and may indicate the presence of rehabilitation potential, and the decrease indicates the presence of gross damage that excluded the selectivity of hypothermic exposure.</p>
Предполагается, что снижение REE связано с сохранной метаболической активностью в неповреждённых отделах коры больших полушарий и может свидетельствовать о наличии реабилитационного потенциала, а снижение — о наличии грубых повреждений, исключивших селективность гипотермического воздействия.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hypothermia</kwd><kwd>metabolism</kwd><kwd>rehabilitation</kwd><kwd>violation of consciousness</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гипотермия</kwd><kwd>метаболизм</kwd><kwd>реабилитация</kwd><kwd>нарушение сознания</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Торосян Б.Д., Бутров А.В., Шевелев О.А., и др.
