The secreted human protein SLURP-2 regulates growth and differentiation of epithelial cells, affects proliferation and migration of keratinocytes. In this work, we showed that extracellular vesicles secreted by keratinocytes in presence of SLURP-2 stimulate migration of HaCaT keratinocytes. It was also found that, expression of miRNA-96 and miRNA-183, suppressing cell migration and proliferation, is decreased in the vesicles secreted by keratinocytes in presence of SLURP-2. Thus, it has been shown that the stimulation of keratinocyte migration in presence of SLURP-2 is associated, among others, with a change in the repertoire of extracellular vesicles secreted by these cells.</p>
Таким образом, показано, что повышение миграции кератиноцитов под действием SLURP-2 связано в том числе с изменением репертуара внеклеточных везикул, секретируемых этими клетками.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>SLURP-2</kwd><kwd>Ly6/uPAR</kwd><kwd>nicotinic acetylcholine receptor</kwd><kwd>keratinocytes</kwd><kwd>wound healing</kwd><kwd>extracellular vesicles</kwd><kwd>miRNA</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>SLURP-2</kwd><kwd>Ly6/uPAR</kwd><kwd>никотиновый ацетилхолиновый рецептор</kwd><kwd>кератиноциты</kwd><kwd>ранозаживление</kwd><kwd>внеклеточные везикулы</kwd><kwd>миРНК</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Российский научный фонд</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Russian Science Foundation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>23-24-00636</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Peña O.A., Martin P.
