They reveal a decrease in the proliferative, prooxidant and toxic effects of PRP from patients with diabetes mellitus. They are characterized with a decrease in metabolic activity and cell viability in culture with an increase in the percentage of necrosis, while the migration properties of the cells were not impaired. The presence of diabetes mellitus in a patient is also accompanied by a decrease in the stimulating effect of his PRP on dermal fibroblasts in the secretion of growth factors. These effects were most significant in elderly people with diabetes.</p>
Наибольшей выраженности данные эффекты достигали у лиц с СД пожилого возраста.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>platelet-rich plasma</kwd><kwd>PRP-therapy</kwd><kwd>regenerative medicine</kwd><kwd>personalized medicine</kwd><kwd>diabetes mellitus</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>обогащенная тромбоцитами плазма</kwd><kwd>PRP-терапия</kwd><kwd>регенеративная медицина</kwd><kwd>персонализированная медицина</kwd><kwd>сахарный диабет</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Российский научный фонд</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Russian Science Foundation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>24-25-00278</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta><fn-group><fn xml:lang="en"><p>Presented by Academician of the RAS I.V.
