The subunits have close molecular masses and similar amino acid sequences. Administration of HDP-1 and HDP-1P to anesthetized rats is accompanied by prolonged hypotensive effects, the intensity of which depends on the dose. With the administration of HDP-1P, the effect develops more slowly than in the case of HDP-1 containing both subunits, while individual HDP-1In does not affect hemodynamic parameters. It was found using electrocardiography that HDP-1 and HDP-1P affect the functioning of the rat heart, causing arrhythmia, which may indicate their ability to affect the innervation of the heart. The administration of HDP-1 and its subunits also leads to changes in biochemical blood parameters, indicating their damaging effect on cells and internal organs.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Гетеродимерная фосфолипаза А2 HDP-1 из яда гадюки Никольского состоит из двух нековалентно связанных субъединиц – HDP-1P и HDP-1In, первая из которых проявляет липолитическую активность, а вторая таковой не обладает. Субъединицы близки по молекулярной массе и имеют сходные аминокислотные последовательности. Введение HDP-1 и HDP-1P наркотизированным крысам сопровождается длительными гипотензивными эффектами, интенсивность которых зависит от дозы. При введении HDP-1P эффект развивается медленнее, чем в случае HDP-1, содержащей обе субъединицы, а индивидуальная HDP-1In не воздействует на гемодинамические параметры. С использованием электрокардиографии установлено, что HDP-1 и HDP-1P влияют на функционирование сердца крыс, вызывая аритмии, что может указывать на их способность воздействовать на иннервацию сердца.
