Thus, the viral enzyme integrase, participating in several stages of the viral cycle, interacts with various cellular proteins. A number of them are already known, and for some the mechanism of action has been established, but the search for integrase cellular partners continues. In this work, the identification of cellular partners of HIV-1 integrase has been carried out by the cross-linking method followed by mass spectrometry (XL-MS). Twelve new potential integrase partners have been identified, and some of them have been examined for their effect on the early stages of HIV-1 replication.</p>
Найдены 12 новых потенциальных партнеров интегразы, и для некоторых из них исследовано их влияние на ранние стадии репликации ВИЧ-1.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>HIV-1, integrase, cellular partners of integrase, cross-linking followed by mass spectrometry</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ВИЧ-1</kwd><kwd>интеграза</kwd><kwd>клеточные партнеры интегразы</kwd><kwd>кросс-линкинг с последующей масс спектрометрией</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Правительство РФ</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Правительство РФ</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source></award-group></funding-group></article-meta><fn-group><fn xml:lang="en"><p>Presented by Academician of the RAS O.A.
