At the level of lipid metabolism, potential nutritional value was established for non-commercial Notoscopelus kroyeri and Serrivomer beanii along with the commercial beaked redfish Sebastes mentella. For Lampanyctus macdonaldi and, partially, Borostomias antarcticus, possible biotechnological value was shown in terms of extracting individual valuable molecules and substances of lipid nature. The other studied species (Bathylagus euryops, Chauliodus sloani, Malacosteus niger, Scopelogadus beanii, Stomias boa), as well as B. antarcticus, are very promising for their use in aquaculture in the development of innovative feed compositions and additives for them. It was found that the depth and area of catch don’t have a significant effect on the nutritional and biotechnological characteristics of the muscle tissue of the studied species. The exception is B. euryops, the characteristics under consideration of which vary depending on the area of catch, and for S. mentella and S. beanii – on the depth of catch. The results of the study can serve as a basis for the development and improvement of methods and protocols for the rational use of deep-sea biological resources in the process of their development in the North Atlantic region, and also determine the areas of practical application of these species and the type of products obtained from them or with their use (feed, additive, pure substance, composition, functional food product, etc.).</p>
Результаты исследования могут использоваться для разработки и совершенствования методов и протоколов рационального использования глубоководных биологических ресурсов в процессе их освоения в Северо-Атлантическом регионе, а также определяют области практического применения этих видов и тип получаемой из них или с их использованием продукции (корм, добавка, чистое вещество, композиция, функциональный продукт питания и др.).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>lipids</kwd><kwd>fatty acids</kwd><kwd>nutritional and biotechnological indexes</kwd><kwd>mesopelagic fish</kwd><kwd>Irminger Sea</kwd><kwd>North Atlantic</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>липиды</kwd><kwd>жирные кислоты</kwd><kwd>пищевые и биотехнологические индексы</kwd><kwd>мезопелагические рыбы</kwd><kwd>море Ирмингера</kwd><kwd>Северная Атлантика</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Министерство науки и высшего образования РФ</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Ministry of science and higher education of Russian Federation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source></award-group></funding-group></article-meta><fn-group><fn xml:lang="en"><p>Presented by Academician of the RAS N.N.
