Новаков</copyright-holder></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://journals.eco-vector.com/2686-9535/article/view/651951">https://journals.eco-vector.com/2686-9535/article/view/651951</self-uri><abstract xml:lang="en"><p id="idm45257551265392">An efficient approach to the synthesis of (+)-camphor and (–)‑fenchone anils has been developed, which consists in the interaction of the corresponding bicyclic monoterpenoid ketones with substituted anilines in the presence of the (<italic>i</italic>-PrO)<sub>2</sub>Ti(OTf)<sub>2</sub>·(<italic>i</italic>-PrOH)<sub>2</sub> complex obtained <italic>in situ</italic>, as a homophasic catalyst, and (<italic>i‑</italic>PrO)<sub>4</sub>Ti, as a dehydrating agent. The advantage of the proposed method lies not only in obtaining target products with good yields and high purity, but also in a simplified procedure for isolating target substances, which, in turn, are of interest as pharmacologically active compounds, antioxidants for rubber compounds and components of compositions for 3D-print.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p id="idm45257551264272">Разработан эффективный подход к синтезу анилов (+)‑камфоры и (–)‑фенхона, заключающийся во взаимодействии соответствующих бициклических монотерпеноидных кетонов с замещенными анилинами в присутствии полученного <italic>in situ</italic> комплекса (<italic>i</italic>‑PrO)<sub>2</sub>Ti(OTf)<sub>2</sub>·(<italic>i</italic>‑PrOH)<sub>2</sub> в качестве гомогенного катализатора и (<italic>i‑</italic>PrO)<sub>4</sub>Ti в качестве дегидратирующего агента. Преимущество предложенного способа заключается не только в получении целевых продуктов с хорошими выходами и высокой чистотой, но и в упрощенной процедуре их выделения.
