Миронов</copyright-holder></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://journals.eco-vector.com/2686-9535/article/view/651999">https://journals.eco-vector.com/2686-9535/article/view/651999</self-uri><abstract xml:lang="en"><p id="idm45181324620016">The formation of stable complexes of pectin polysaccharides with the hypotensive drug “Nifedipine” was confirmed by IR and UV spectroscopy, their stoichiometry was determined and the conditions of their production were optimized. Peculiarities of thermal decomposition of pectin and synthesized complexes with nifedipine were studied by TGA/DSC method. The results obtained are a scientific basis for the creation of a new water-soluble non-toxic dosage form of nifedipine, which will significantly expand the use of the drug in medicine.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p id="idm45181324619376">Методами ИК- и УФ-спектроскопии установлено образование устойчивых комплексов пектиновых полисахаридов с гипотензивным лекарственным препаратом “Нифедипин”, определена их стехиометрия и оптимизированы условия их получения. Методом ТГА/ДСК исследованы особенности термического разложения пектина и синтезированных комплексов с нифедипином.
