A comparative study of their ability to bind calcium ions has been conducted. It has been shown that for alendronate-containing polymers, the amount of Ca<sup>2+</sup> bound by one phosphorus-containing group is 2 to 3 times higher than that of polyvinylphosphonic acid.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Впервые синтезированы водорастворимые фосфорсодержащие полимеры различной структуры: гомополимер акрилоилалендроната, его сополимеры с 4-акрилоилморфолином и 2-деокси-2-метакриламидо-<italic>D</italic>-глюкозой и сополимер <italic>N</italic>-винилпирролидона с аллилалендронатом. Проведено сравнительное исследование их способности связывать ионы кальция.
