The angle between DV and left branches of portal vein in dominate cases was sharp and right that reflects the general regularity an architectonic of vascular riverbed. The specific anatomical finding of the ductal isthmus had been an accumulation of vascular muscle-elastic cells of intimal hyperplasia (intimal «pillow»), probably, executes the role of the fortification of resistant behaviours of vessel wall in connection with DV and portal sinus with high hemodynamics load in this area.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Морфологическое исследование венозного протока (ВП), воротного синуса и пупочной вены было проведено на материале вскрытий 26 плодов с 20 по 40 нед гестации. Было показано, что угол отхождения ВП от воротного синуса равен или близок к прямому в большинстве случаев, что отражает общую закономерность архитектоники сосудистого русла. Морфофункциональной особенностью строения ВП явился участок мышечно-эластической гиперплазии интимы (интимальная «подушечка»), повидимому, выполняющий роль укрепления резистентных свойств сосудистой стенки в месте сочленения ВП и воротного синуса в связи с высокой гемодинамической нагрузкой в этой области.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ductus venosus</kwd><kwd>intimal «pillow»</kwd><kwd>endothelium</kwd><kwd>hemodynamics</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>венозный проток</kwd><kwd>интимальная «подушечка»</kwd><kwd>эндотелий</kwd><kwd>гемодинамика</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Азарова А.
