Methods: In the group of patients with endovascular correction of acute peripheral arterial occlusion included 33 patients who rheolytic therapy was performed of 54 peripheral arteries. Results: By using AngioJet system for recanalization of acute peripheral arterial occlusion primary technical success was achieved in 57,6 % of patients (19/33); secondary technical success was obtained in 18,2 % of patients (6/33). Criteria of primary technical success was complete relief of pain and increase in pain-free walking distance of more than 500 meters. Secondary technical success was relief of pain and increase in pain-free walking distance of less than 500 meters.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель исследования: оценка эффективности применения реолитической тромбэктомии с использованием аппарата AngioJet при лечении острых окклюзий периферических артерий. Материалы и методы исследования: в группу больных с эндо-васкулярной коррекцией острых окклюзий периферических артерий вошли 33 пациента, которым реолитическая терапия выполнялась из 54 периферических артерий. Результаты: при использования комплекса AngioJet для реканализации острых окклюзий периферических артерий хороший результат лечения получен у 19 из 33 пациентов (57,6%); удовлетворительный результат - у 6 пациентов (18,2%). Критериями хорошего клинического результата после проведенного лечения были полное купирование болей, увеличение дистанции безболевой ходьбы более 500 метров.
