Point of care test (POCT) for C-reactive protein (CRP) may significantly reduce antibiotic prescribing for low respiratory tract infections without decreasing of quality of care and result of treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Респираторные инфекции являются наиболее частой причиной назначения антибиотиков в первичном звене здравоохранения.
