An increase in the number of requests for medical care by patients with HIV infection as the disease progresses determines the need for knowledge of outpatient therapists and general practitioners of decision-making algorithms for suspected toxoplasmosis in such patients. The main clinical manifestations of toxoplasmosis in patients with immunodeficiency states, the formulation of a preliminary diagnosis, and the routing algorithm are given.</p>
