Аннотация
Обзор включает анализ литературных данных об этиотропной терапии хронических вирусных гепатитов В и С. Рассмотрены эффективность и безопасность препаратов, включенных в международные и российские клинические рекомендации по этиотропной терапии хронических вирусных гепатитов В и С. Проведен анализ целесообразности применения противовирусных препаратов в реальной клинической практике, основанный на данных исследований по изучению механизмов действия, эффективности и возможных побочных эффектов данных препаратов.
