EXAMINATION OF THE PATIENT WITH TACHYCARDIA IN GENERAL PRACTICE
Abstract
Current approaches for examination of the patients presented with tachycardia in GP practice are considered. The detailed plan for disease history and physical examination of tachycardia patients are presented. The scheme of diagnostic approaches for syncope management is discussed. The genetic and inherited arrhythmogenic diseases are described. The capabilities of different instrumental methods for tachyarrhythmia detection are considered.

Chronic active EBV infection is not a rare form of the disease and can occur in the practice of the family doctor. Only a complete clinical examination using modern methods, including Line Blot, polymerase chain reaction in real time, allows you to establish the correct diagnosis in patients with suspected chronic active EBV-infection.
