Ways to improve the medical care quality examination and disability examination in outpatient clinic care

Abstract

The article provides an overview of publications and highlights the main ways and directions for improving the organization of quality assessment of medical care and examination of temporary disability in outpatient clinics. The search for relevant sources was carried out in the following databases: MEDLINE, PubMed, Scopus. The time frame of the search covered publications of the last 5 years (the period 2020 – 2025), which allowed us to include the most relevant research in the field of improving expert activity.

Based on the analysis of literary sources, we identified the main ways and directions of improving the organization of medical care quality assessment and temporary disability assessment in outpatient care. First of all, these should be comprehensive measures (optimization of organizational and methodological aspects, advanced training of personnel, introduction of modern technologies). The following 3 areas are the most significant: development of uniform standards for assessing the quality of medical care, strengthening control over the validity of issuing sick leave certificates, development of a patient feedback system. It is necessary to develop uniform protocols for patient management and create a common digital platform for the exchange of information between medical institutions and expert bodies. An important area is the digitalization of expert activities (automation of routine processes, introduction of electronic medical records, creation of a system for operational monitoring of the quality of medical care).
