Abstract
Food intolerance may be caused by different mechanisms. Food allergies can be the result of sensitization to food allergens, leading to the development of allergic inflammation. Forming the food intolerance reactions may be due to the presence of comorbidities, leading to the disruption of the digestion and absorption processes of food substrate. Changes in leukocyte are proven due to antigen (AH) retroaction and antibodies (AT) (1 fig, bibliography: 4 refs).
