Abstract
Objective. Experimental evaluation of microbiological changes in the gut under the influence of low-frequency noise effect on rats (LFN) with a sound pressure level of 110 dB at various exposure modes (periodic and aperiodic). Materials and methods. The experiments were performed on 24 white male rats weighing 210-250 g, which were on a standard diet vivarium: I group (n = 8) was exposed to daily LFN dubbing mode during 1 hour per day, 5 times a week (batch mode), II group (n = 8) - impact mode LFN during 2.5 hours twice a week (aperiodic mode), III group (n = 8) - control group was contained in silence. The animals were taken out of the experiment after the noise effect. Animal autopsy was made, the colon was performed by the fence portion over 3 cm, it was placed in the sterile test tubes for subsequent microbiological analysis. Analysis of qualitative and quantitative composition of intestinal microbiocenosis was conducted by bacteriological method with key representatives of the microflora: bifidobacteria and lactobacilli bacteria, escherichia, opportunistic flora. Results of the study. It has been found out that animals exposed LFN (I and II) in comparison with the control group (III), revealed pronounced changes in the colon microbiota: decreased in numbers the total number of obligate anaerobes to 102-103 CFU/g, no longer identified lactobacilli and bifidobacteria flora in 85% and 75% of the animals, at the same time opportunistic flora has appeared - hemolytic coccal flora, staphylococcus, the percentage of occurrence of yeast-like fungi has been increasing. At the same time, between the group I and the group II there were no significant differences in indicators of quantitative composition microbiocenosis colon of rats. Conclusion. The study indicates the existence of non-specific LFN extra-auditory effects on the digestive system. Based on this experimental evidence, it can be assumed that changes in the gut microbiocenosis with attendant adverse somatic effects can be expected both civilians and servicemen, exposing LFN. Thus, structural changes in the human microbiota will depend on the total noise exposure dose and won't depend on the frequency of contacts with LFN sources (1 fig, 2 tables, bibliography: 9 refs).
