Materials and methods. The study involved 40 people who were two groups of subjects: 20 people with a confirmed diagnosis of neurasthenia (F48.0) and undergoing treatment; 20 people who do not have this diagnosis. The age of the subjects is 26-45 years, 15 female and 5 male each. The following methods were used: Giessen Questionnaire of Psychosomatic Complaints; Methodology “The level of correlation of value and accessibility in various life spheres”, Fantalova; Methodology of self-assessment of the level of anxiety, Spielberger - Hanin; Questionnaire for Depression A. T. Beck. Results. A feature of the manifestation of psychosomatic complaints for patients with neurasthenia is the pronounced emotionally colored intensity of psychosomatic complaints, especially complaints of exhaustion, general loss of vital energy, pain in various parts of the body, heart problems.
