(5 figs, bibliography: 5 refs).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлено клиническое наблюдение эффективного комбинированного лечения пациентки с местнораспространенным холангиоцеллюлярным раком, перенесшей неоадъювантную регионарную химиотерапию, расширенное оперативное вмешательство, адъювантную регионарную химиотерапию, а также комплекс малоинвазивных эндоскопических и чрескожных эндобилиарных методик, в том числе фотодинамическую терапию, что на фоне прогрессирования заболевания позволило увеличить выживаемость больной.
