A risk classification has been developed, risk identification and risk analysis have been carried out. Such quality risk assessment tools have been proposed and adapted for use in the healthcare system, as well as a version of the registry of risks of preferential drug provision.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование.</bold> Управление рисками в лекарственном обеспечении граждан в рамках государственных гарантий является важной составляющей фармацевтической системы качества и требует внедрения современных подходов к управлению рисками, включая управление запасами лекарственных препаратов, контроль их качества и своевременную доставку.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования.</bold> Провести анализ управления рисками в сфере льготного лекарственного обеспечения населения (на примере на примере отдельных территорий Северо-Кавказского региона) для выработки мер, направленных на минимизацию угроз, связанных с качеством медицинских услуг и доступностью лекарственных препаратов.</p> <p><bold>Методы.</bold> В ходе исследования использовались: контент-, структурно-функциональный, маркетинговый, статистический анализы и метод анкетирования.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Определены ключевые области применения управления рисками применительно к качеству льготного обеспечения. Представлены результаты классификации, идентификации и анализа рисков, описаны методы оценки рисков, составлен их реестр, а также обоснованы стратегии обработки рисков и предложены конкретные инструменты управления ими.</p> <p><bold>Заключение.</bold> Определены основные сферы применения управления рисками для качества льготного лекарственного обеспечения. Разработана классификация рисков, проведена идентификация рисков и анализ рисков.
