METHODOLOGY OF HYGIENIC EVALUATION OF THE EFFECT OF WATER QUALITY ON THE MORBIDITY OF THE GENITOURINARY SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN POPULATION ON THE RESULTS OF ANNUAL SOCIAL AND HYGIENIC MONITORING

Ardaeva K.M., Gitinov G.A.

Abstract

The methodology of cause-effect relationships between environmental factors and health indicators of the population has been worked out. The establishment of regularities was carried out on the basis of the use of correlation analysis, calculation of the T-test, characteristics of variational series, construction of predictive mathematical models using multivariate regression analysis. Correlation dependencies did not confirm the hypothesis about the conditionality of diseases of the genitourinary system by the degree of pollution of water sources and the quality of wastewater treatment. Proposals have been developed to expand the group of indicators to be evaluated. The disadvantages of one-factor regression and correlation analyzes are indicated. Corrections were made to the teaching of the cycle "Social and hygienic monitoring".

Abstract

To simulate the compression of a nerve like tunnel syndromes of the distal extremities, combined with more proximal lesions, we created limb ischemia using the overlay cuffs of sphygmomanometers at the level of the forearm and arm for 10 minutes. Conducted electroneuromyographic (ENMG) study of the effect of one - and two-level short-term local ischemia of the median nerve in the forearm and shoulder at the speed of the pulse (SPI) for motor and sensory fibers, motor parameters a late phenomenon (F-wave). In a two-level short-term local compression of paresthesia occurred faster at 52%, than on a single level. The minimum speed of the F-waves, reflecting the slowing of conduction in the proximal parts of the nerve, for 5 and 10 minutes dual local compression decreased to 53.0±3.4 m/s and 51.1±2.5 m/s, respectively (p<0.05). Minimal F-wave latency, depicting the most bystroprokhodaschee fibers in the distal and proximal researched nerve in the 10th minute duplex short local compression was increased to 28.5±1,1 ms (p<0.05).

ENVIROMENTAL, HEALTH AND TOXICOLOGICAL ISUES OF WATER CLEANING, POLLUTED BY MICROPLASTIC

Voronova E.R.

Abstract

This paper gives an idea of the ecological study of water purification from a toxic substance such as microplastic. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that, according to scientists, almost all plastic ever produced by mankind is still in the environment (over 8 billion tons). Under the influence of ultraviolet radiation, chemical processes and mechanical destruction by sea water, plastic debris decomposes into small parts called microplastics. The presence of microplastic in the distribution network of the water supply system was confirmed by studies in 15 countries of the world from 5 continents (data from Orb Media). As a result of the destruction of plastic waste, the decomposition products enter the ocean through sewage. It accumulates in the surface waters of the oceans, as well as at great depths, including deep-sea deposits. The obtained data indicate that the existing tap water purification system inefficiently filters micro-plastic, because these particles can reach nanoparticle sizes. The necessity of improving the methods of water treatment is pointed out, taking into account the need to solve the problem of microplastic recycling and preserving the health of the population. Prognostic methods for the hygienic assessment of the risk of diseases are prognostic donor diagnostics.

PRIMARY LEVEL OF NUCLEAR ANOMALIES IN ERYTHROCYTES OF DANIO RERIO FISH

Yesin T.A., Nuriakhmetov A.A.

Abstract

The effect of ionizing radiation on cells leads to the formation of double-stranded DNA breaks, with following appearance of different types of nuclear abnormalities: micronuclei, nucleoplasmic bridges, "tailed" nuclei and dumbbell-shaped nuclei. In the present work, the primary level of occurrence of erythrocytes containing nuclear anomalies in the peripheral blood of Danio rerio fish was investigated. In 26889 counted erythrocytes there were found: 0.0037% of erythrocytes with micronuclei, 0.033% of erythrocytes with nucleoplasmic bridges, 0.048% of erythrocytes with "tailed" nuclei, and 0.096% of erythrocytes with dumbbell-shaped nuclei. The result obtained allows us to conclude that the Danio Rerio genome is fairly stable, and without the influence of mutagens, the amount of erythrocytes with different types of karyopathology remains at a low level. This allows us to propose that Danio rerio can be a suitable biological object for investigating the genotoxicity of various chemical and physical agents.

PREVENTION OF TOXIC ACTION OF NITROGEN WHEN DIVING TO DEPTHS OF 45 TO 60 M WHEN BREATHING AIR

Klenkov I.R., Arsenov N.V.

Abstract

In today''s world of diving dives are relevant in emergency and search-and-rescue operations in the military sphere and in research purposes. One of the limitations faced by divers at depths greater than 30 m, is the toxic effect of nitrogen (nitrogen narcosis), which significantly limits the activity of specialists, causing various changes of consciousness, thereby reducing the safety of the diving descent. According to the literature, at the present time there is no optimal method for the prevention of nitrogen narcosis. Therefore, the development and implementation of nonspecific methods for the prevention of nitrogen narcosis are a promising direction.

THE PREVALENCE OF WOUND INFECTIONS, CAUSED BY S. AUREUS IN SURGICAL HOSPITAL PATIENTS

Klyuchenko N.S.

Abstract

The electronic database analysis of the results of bacteriological research was performed and the frequency of S. aureus isolation from samples of clinical material surgical hospital patients was determined. Of the 1364 strains of microorganisms isolated in 2015, the share of S. aureus had 7.2%. However, in the study of wound S. aureus is among the leading agents, its share was 15.3%. The share of this pathogen was reduced from 33.1% in 2008 to 12% in 2014 due to the spread of Gram-negative bacteria, but S. aureus predominated among pathogens of wound infections. The proportion of resistant strains is not reduced. Among the strains obtained in 2015 from patients resuscitation surgical hospital, the percentage of isolates of methicillin S. aureus (MRSA) was 50%. For the antibiotic therapy is necessary to quickly and reliably detect resistant strains.

CORRELATION OF THE POSTOPERATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CORNEA AFTER LASIK-ASSOCIATED DRY EYE

Konev D.S.

Abstract

The study included 32 patients (32 eyes), mean age was 28.25 ± 7 years, 11 men and 21 women. Surgery was performed Laser Surgery devisionof Ophthalmology Department of the Military Medical Academy. The correlation of BUT with the of the flap diameter, depth of ablation and thickness of the corneal flap were (r =-0.2856, p = 0.1332); (r =-0.3685, p=0.0492); (r =-0.3378, p=0.0731) respectively. The integral index "volume of tissue altered" is a multiplication of three morphometric measurements of the cornea (flap diameter, ablation depth and thickness of the corneal flap), showed a significant correlation with the BUT (r =-0.4904, p =0.0044). The strength of the connection of the BUT and the integral index "volume of a damaged tissue" exceeds the force of the bonds with the individual morphometric characteristics of the cornea. This suggests a large diagnostic potential of the proposed integral indicator in the prediction of postoperative LADE.

ORGANIZATION OF ACCESSORIES OF OBSTETRIC-GYNECOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE TO MILITARY SERVICE OF THE WOMEN'S FLOOR IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Kostyanova A.S.

Abstract

They conducted a questionnaire, a survey of female servicemen of different ages, with the help of which they were able to identify the problems of organizing and providing obstetric and gynecological care in the RF Armed Forces, as well as ways to address them. One of the problems, the provision of medical care is neither qualitatively nor fully, another problem is the incorrect algorithm for seeking help, bypassing the medical institution of this part, while the statistics of turnover and morbidity in this direction are violated. Comparative and medico-statistical analysis of the appeal of female servicemen to a gynecologist, also helped to identify problems and show that in-service treatment is reduced to a minimum from 0 to 1 times a year, and treatment in a private clinic is several times higher from 2 to 4 times a year. Thus, we conclude that obstetric and gynecological care needs to improve, improve the quality of services and organize the provision of obstetric and gynecological care in the army.

THE CHANGE IN THE BALANCE OF VARIOUS INFLUENCES ON HEART RATE IN DIFFERENT BODY POSITIONS IN

Kurinov E.Y., Lesova E.M.

Abstract

The influence of the position of the body in space (the gravity factor) on the change in the frequency of cardiac contractions was considered. To reveal the patterns of heart rate changes, the electrocardiogram and the heart rate variability spectrogram were used: heart rate (HR), HF component, LF component, VLF component. The orthostatic test and the antiortostatic load were used as a gravitational load. During the study, it was revealed that in the orthostatic position the sympathetic nervous system exerts a greater influence on the heart rhythm. In the anti-orthostatic position and in the position of the supine body, the influence of the parasympathetic nervous system predominates. The effect of higher structures of the nervous system in all cases is equally low.
