<p><em>The purpose of this work is to assess the influence of the method of determining the fractional composition on the oil TIC on the example of the Salymskoye field. </em></p>
<p><em>This article describes the comparative results of determining the fractional composition of the oil of the Salym field, obtained by three different methods: atmospheric vacuum distillation, the Engler method, simulated distillation in a gas chromatographic column. </em></p>
