We made an attempt to systematize current indications for an electrophysiological study in this category of patients based on the analysis of several current recommendations.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье продемонстрированы современные диагностические возможности эндокардиального электрофизиологического исследования у пациентов кардиологического профиля с брадисистолией и нарушениями проводимости, позволяющими адекватно оценить клиническую ситуацию.
