Abstract

Прогрессия атеросклероза коронарных артерий, которая традиционно оценивается ангиографическими методами, является предиктором неблагоприятных клинических исходов. Применение инновационных диагностических технологий, к числу которых относится и внутрисосудистое ультразвуковое исследование (ВСУЗИ), имеет ряд преимуществ при оценке выраженности и протяженности атеросклеротического поражения коронарных артерий, что позволяет более точно определить диагноз и выбрать оптимальную тактику лечения больных с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС).
