Previously, some molecular processes involved in carcinogenesis as well as some therapeutic targets are considered. The effects of antimutagens on those or other molecular targets have been summarized in table. Along with the literature data on plant antimutagens, some experimental results and supposed mechanisms of the 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives have been analyzed.</p>
Наряду с данными об антимутагенах растительного происхождения, рассмотрены некоторые экспериментальные результаты и возможные молекулярные механизмы действия синтетических производных 1,4-дигидропиридина.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>АНТИМУТАГЕНЫ</kwd><kwd>АНТИКАНЦЕРОГЕНЫ</kwd><kwd>БИОТРАНСФОРМАЦИЯ КСЕНОБИОТИКОВ</kwd><kwd>РЕПАРАЦИЯ ДНК</kwd><kwd>ВОСПАЛЕНИЕ</kwd><kwd>АПАПТОЗ</kwd><kwd>АНГИОГЕНЕЗ</kwd><kwd>СИГНАЛЬНАЯ ТРАНСДУКЦИЯ</kwd><kwd>ПРИРОДНЫЕ И СИНТЕТИЧЕСКИЕ АНТИОКСИДАНТЫ</kwd><kwd>ПРОИЗВОДНЫЕ 1</kwd><kwd>4-ДИГИДРОПИРИДИНА</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Белев Н.Ф.
