Adding of melatonin to Drosophila meal induces the geroprotector effects, mainly, in dark conditions. The effects mentioned above were most expressed in strain with mutation of Sod. All effects have revealed in both sexes. The data analysis has shown that mechanisms of different light regimes and melatonin influ ence on life span are rather different.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Изучено сочетанное действие светового режима (круглосуточных освещения или темноты) и антиоксиданта мелатонина на продолжительность жизни (ПЖ) особей дрозофилы лабораторной линии дикого типа (Canton-S), мутантов с нарушенной детоксификацией активных форм кислорода (Sod) и мутантов с дефектной эксцизионной репарацией ДНК (mus210). Показано, что содержание имаго дрозофил в условиях круглосуточного освещения приводит к снижению средней ПЖ и/или максимальной ПЖ по сравнению с проживанием в условиях круглосуточного затемнения. Добавление мелатонина в пишу мух оказывает геропротекторное действие, прежде всего, в условиях темноты. Отмеченные закономерности наиболее выражены у линии мух с мутацией фермента детоксикации свободных радикалов Sod. Эффекты выявляются у особей обоих полов.
