Many species of insect could not be investigated by traditional methods through features of its behavior and life-form, and we have must analyzed gut content of predators. Efficacy and cost of two methods analyzes (PCR and antibodies) are compared. Project of experiment with PCR -analyze is described and additional possibility of PCR -analyze is shown.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проблема определения количественных отношений хищников и жертв среди насекомых в агроценозах стала актуальной при разработке методов биорационального контроля. Многие виды насекомых не могут исследоваться традиционными методами из-за особенностей их поведения и жизненной формы, поэтому рекомендуется использовать методы анализа содержимого кишечника хищников. Приводится сравнение двух методов анализа (полимеразная цепная реакция (ПЦР ) и серологический анализ).
