Gene PHO3 of yeast S. cerevisiae encodes the constitutive acid phosphatase. In this work we researched genetic control of the gene PHO3 expression in response to nitrogen source in medium. PHO3 expression level was proved to decrease while yeast using poor nitrogen source like urea. Possible regulatory mechanisms for gene PHO3 were revealed involving repressor of nitrogen regulated genes Gzf3p and ubiquitin ligase Rsp5p</p>
Выявлены возможные механизмы регуляции экспрессии гена PHO3 при участии репрессора генов азотного метаболизма Gzf3p и убиквитин-лигазы Rsp5p.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>PHO3</kwd><kwd>Rsp5</kwd><kwd>Gzf3</kwd><kwd>Saccharomyces cerevisiae</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>кислые фосфатазы</kwd><kwd>азотная катаболитная репрессия</kwd><kwd>GATA-факторы</kwd><kwd>тиамин</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Гланц С., 1999.
