This review is devoted to the analysis of Article 4 of the Act, namely the discussion of what GMOs may be authorized for cultivation and breeding in Russia.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В июле 2016 года Государственной думой принят Федеральный закон «О внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации в части совершенствования государственного регулирования в области генно-инженерной деятельности» (03.07.2016 № 358-ФЗ).
