Using the FR ET technique, it was shown that amyloid beta peptide and PrP interact in yeast cells. In the future, the yeast model can be used for investigation of the fine mechanisms of this interaction by fluorescence microscopy.</p>Rrion Rroteinamyloid beta peptideamyloidosisprionsAlzheimer's diseaseFRETyeastprion proteinпептид амилоид бетаамилоидозыприоныболезнь АльцгеймераFRETдрожжи[1.
