Pyelonephritis is the most frequent and dangerous complication of pregnancy, and, according to the literature, there is a tendency for it to increase (3.6-fold from 1985 to 1995). According to PIHMR of the Republic of Moldova, pyelonephritis as a complication of pregnancy accounted for 9.6% in 1996 and 17.0% in 1999. In 43% of cases, chronic pyelonephritis was a risk factor for infection, causing an increase in intrauterine infections.</p>pyelonephritispregnant womenintrauterine infectionkidneysпиелонефритбеременныевнутриутробная инфекцияпочки
