The device is proposed for the arrest of external bleeding from soft tissue wounds of skin and subcutaneous fat.

The device is proposed for the arrest of external bleeding from soft tissue wounds of skin and subcutaneous fat. The use of this device suggests the importance of reliable fixation of soft tissue in- suture. The 'adaptation of edges along the wound length is achieved. The ease of this device allows to use it for all parts of the human body.
