Abstract
The author recommends striving in such cases to shorten and simplify the operation as much as possible, and therefore considers complete removal of blood from the abdominal cavity unnecessary. He considers incision and emptying of the tube and leaving it in place to be unsafe.

Brunner рекомендует в подобных случаях стремиться: к возможному укорочению и упрощению операции, а поэтому считает излишним полное удаление крови из брюшной полости. Разрез и опорожнение трубы с оставлением ее на месте он считает небезопасными. Если, в зависимости от места расположения плодовместилища, можно сохранить часть трубы, автор рекомендует это делать. Если труба вся изменена, лучше всего прибегнуть к клиновидному ее иссечению. Вторая труба должна быть удаляема только при тяжелых ее поражениях. При необходимости удалить яичники рекомендуется производить трансплантацию хотя бы части яичниковой ткани.
