to substantiate the need for an integrated approach to the diagnosis and correction of speech disorders.</p> <p><bold>Results and discussion.</bold> Аn analytical analysis of the data was carried out, the importance of prompt diagnosis of myofunctional disorders in children was substantiated, and the potential for the use of myofunctional therapy for the correction of speech defects and the development of communication abilities was assessed, the expediency of including this therapy in a comprehensive therapeutic approach, especially for dysarthria, was substantiated, the results of an examination and comprehensive diagnosis of children by interdisciplinary specialists at the database of the private office of functional speech.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions. </bold>The inclusion of myofunctional therapy in speech therapy programs for children with severe speech disorders can help normalize muscle tone and improve coordination of movements of the articulatory apparatus, creating a favorable basis for the formation and automation of correct pronunciation skills, which opens up prospects for improving the effectiveness of speech therapy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Введение.</bold> Тяжелые нарушения речи у детей – это серьёзная современная проблема, требующая комплексного подхода к своевременному выявлению и коррекции, что является необходимым условием эффективной логопедической помощи.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования. </bold>Провести обзор данных литературы, касающихся распространённости миофункциональных нарушений и их взаимосвязи с нарушениями прикуса и артикуляции у детей; обосновывать необходимость комплексного подхода к диагностике и коррекции речевых расстройств.</p> <p><bold>Результаты и обсуждение. </bold>Проведён аналитический анализ данных, обоснована важность оперативной диагностики миофункциональных нарушений у детей, а также проведена оценка потенциала применения миофункциональной терапии с целью коррекции дефектов речи и развития коммуникативных способностей, обоснована целесообразность включения данной терапии в комплексный терапевтический подход, в особенности при дизартрии, приведены результаты проведённого обследовании и комплексной диагностики детей междисциплинарными специалистами на базе частного кабинета функциональной речи.</p> <p><bold>Заключение.</bold> Включение миофункциональной терапии в программы логопедической коррекции детей с тяжелыми нарушениями речи может способствовать нормализации мышечного тонуса и улучшению координации движений артикуляционного аппарата, создавая благоприятную основу для формирования и автоматизации правильных произносительных навыков, что открывает перспективы для повышения эффективности логопедической работы.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Dysarthria, myofunctional disorders, myofunctional therapy, mouth breathing, preschool age</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>тяжелые нарушения речи, дизартрия, дошкольный возраст, миофункциональные нарушения, миофункциональная терапия, ротовое дыхание, инфантильное глотание</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
