Identification of risk factors for tinnitus, including OSA, is extremely important to prevent their effects and the subsequent development of tinnitus. Improving sleep quality and reducing nocturnal hypoxia can modulate subjective perception and reduce tinnitus-related discomfort.</p> <p><bold>The aim of this work.</bold> To assess the prevalence of tinnitus and the level of tinnitus burden in patients over 18 years of age with sleep disorders.</p> <p><bold>Materials and methods.</bold> A study was conducted in which 203 patients with sleep disorders participated in the period from 2021 to 2025. All patients underwent respiratory polygraphy using an ApneaLink device. According to the results of the assessment of the index of respiratory disorders of the subjects, four groups were identified (&lt;5, 5-15, 15-30, &gt;30). Pearson's chi-square and Kraskel-Wallis criteria were used for statistical data processing.</p> <p>Results and discussion. Data analysis revealed that the level of tinnitus burden was significantly higher in the moderate and severe OSA groups.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions. </bold>When examining and treating patients with tinnitus, the potential comorbidity with OSA should be taken into account due to its high prevalence. Therapeutic effects on certain aspects of sleep can reduce tinnitus complaints, and improving tinnitus symptoms can improve sleep quality.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Введение.</bold> Шум в ушах – это гетерогенное состояние, значительно ухудшающее качество жизни человека. Выявление факторов риска тиннитуса, в том числе СОАС, крайне важно для предотвращения их воздействия и последующего развития шума в ушах. Улучшение качества сна и сокращение ночных гипоксий может модулировать субъективное восприятие и уменьшать дискомфорт, связанный с тиннитусом.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования. </bold>Оценить распространённость тиннитуса и уровня обремененности шумом в ушах у пациентов старше 18 лет с расстройствами сна.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>Проведено исследование, в котором приняли участие 203 пациента с расстройствами сна в период с 2021 по 2025г. Всем пациентам была проведена респираторная полиграфия с использованием аппарата ApneaLink. По результатам оценки индекса дыхательных расстройств обследуемых было выделено четыре группы (&lt;5, 5-15, 15-30, &gt;30). Для статистической обработки данных использовались критерии хи-квадрат Пирсона, Краскела-Уоллиса.</p> <p><bold>Результаты и обсуждение.</bold> Анализ данных выявил, что уровень обременённости шумом в ушах был достоверно выше в группах СОАС средней и тяжелой степени.</p> <p><bold>Заключение.</bold> При обследовании и лечении пациентов с тиннитусом следует учитывать потенциальную коморбидность с СОАС в виду ее высокой распространенности.
